What is Functional Fitness?
Functional fitness includes the movements needed for everyday life! In a given day, we push, pull, reach overhead, pick things up off the floor, etc. Functional fitness incorporates all of these movements while building strength and capacity.
What is an Adaptive Athlete?
An Adaptive Athlete is anyone who adjusts their movements while navigating everyday life.
We truly believe with every ounce of our being that functional fitness is for every body and we train within the Pallas community, where ANY BODY is welcome. We prioritize safety and will work with you to highlight your strengths while working toward your unique, individual goals.
